This hotel is just beautiful! Excellent service from staff all round! What we loved the most was the decor, ambiance and elegance of hotel. Spa is everything! We got complementary tea and scones, we have not found any other place in Frankfurt that makes these! Our stay was beautiful. Only disappointment was the room, the carpet was stained and the quality of bath robe/gown is quite poor considering how elegant this hotel is. If these too things are changed, I would change my rating to 10/10

Staff is very friendly and welcoming, the restaurant excellent. The bar food offers the usual (club sandwich - very large, comes with fries!) but also some rather unusual choices (French if I recall correctly).

Thank you very much for the tall man, the name Metro(I don't know if the name is written correctly) and his colleagues who wear glasses, and also thank the leader, who made me feel very warm
